But ab mujhe nightfall hota hai. 10 din me 3-4 baar mujhe nightfall ho jata hai. Main fluoxetine (20 mg) and alprazolam (0.25 mg) use krta hoon to nightfall to nhi hota but need bahut aati hai. Sir, please advise me.
