Parenchyma shows grade I fatty infiltration, few calculi (largest 18 mm) are seen in gallbladder lumen, few cortical cysts with wall calcifications (largest 17 mm x 16 mm) are seen in upper and mid pole. One of them contains a solid component (8 mm x 7 mm). How serious is my condition?
