Hi I have hypothyroidism. My weight 65 my age 26 years kg. What is healthy diet I followed and what are the exercises preferred for me.

The diet that you take should provide exact amount of calories based on ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise being done. You should avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Use whole grain flour for chapati and roti. As regards exercise any exercise that you enjoy is good enough.
