I am 22 male, frm past 2 weeks I cnt sleep properly, my mind is full of thoughts while sleeping and if I manage to sleep anyhow, I woke at early mrng do notknow wts going on, is it insomnia? If I took sleeping pill will I be addicted to tht fr lifetime?

Don't take sleeping pills, use ayurveda, yoga, meditation. Take brahmi vati with gold of baidyanath pharma 1 tab morning and evening after food with honey, take kalyan ghrit 1 tsf with milk at bed time. Also take jatamansi churan 1/2 tsf at night. Do yoga and meditation regular in 3 to 4 weeks you will be fine. Don't take fast food, junk food, spicy food.
