I am a vegetarian. I had not taken proper diet in my childhood. So I am lean and thin and even my height is only 5'6" My weight is about 44kg only. I am 18.5 years old. Now I live in hostel. I do not get proper food here so now I am not even able to maintain my present weight. Could you suggest me some ways so that I could be healthy and I f possible get my weight around 55-60.
