I am 23 years old and I have a query related to my digestion system. I take a balanced diet everyday but I am very weak and have a very bad personality in my age group. Also my bones are not strong. There are some sound on joints of bones on twist. Please help me because it is the time when if do not get perfect solution then it may be late for me.
