I am 23 and my height is 167 cm. My weight is 70 kg. I need to reduce weight. I am going 30 minutes walking for past 1 month. I also want to try skipping. But some says like skipping causes uterus problems. Is that true? Shall I do skipping?

Dear lybrate-user, if you think skipping causing problem, I would suggest you to stop it for sometime and see the difference, morover to reduce weight diet plays a major role. Be particular about your food choices & timings along with physical activity to achieve desirable weight loss.
