Hello, i'm 36 years old female. For a few years now I seem to be allergic to sun. After a longer time spent in the sun, I get a rash on my chest and it can spread to my arms. It's itching and stinging. I never realized how severe it can be until last year when I went on vacation. It seems it got worse with time. I understand that the best solution is to avoid the sun and put a high spf sun-cream on if staying in the sun. But I'm going to go on vacation soon and I want to be able to spend time on the beach, sunbathing and swimming. Normally I use 20 spf sun-cream so I can get some tan and it's enough for me to not get burned. So my question is - is it possible for me to be able to go on that vacation and not worry too much about the rash? Is there something that can stop the rash from appearing, like some kind of anti-allergic medication or at least something I can take afterward to make the rash go away? For now, I only figured out that cold compresses help. Thank you in advance

No need to worry at all. What you hv to do is - avoid spicy oily and junk food. Take proper sleep and take proper measures to avoid constipation. Avoid tea and coffee and prefer cow milk and ghee for best results. You should start some ayurvedic medication for quick relief. Avoid any type of modern medication.
