Dear lybrate-user this difference between bp of two arm is considered to be too significant to enquire about cause. It could be because of blockage in major artey called (aorta) or in left arm artery. Needed to checked bp many times before going to conclusions. If difference still be there, then consult a cardiologist or vascular surgeon in person.
