Pyospermia means there are more puss cells in the semen than normal. It sugegsts that there is some infection in your urinary tract and hence requires antibiotics to treat it. It is not serious disease, unless the pus cells do not go back to normal levels in the next evaluation of semen if the pus cells persist in high numbers, may be you will need a consultation with a urologist to take treatment. Till your pyospermia is treated, do not have sexual relations without condoms. Though you are taking treatment for infertility, the pyospermia causing organisms can get transitted to your partner (wife) and cause damage to her reproductive organs too. So keep that in mind.
