I am 25 years old. My height is 5.5f and weight is 77kg. From 1 month I walking for 3 to 4km per day in the evening. I have to reduce a weight for 7 kgs. So is it right method or any method to reduce my weight.

Dear lybrate user, please,continue brisk walk in d morning. go for swimming, cycling,jogging,skipping,gardening. take,oats,green tea in d breakfast opt staircase,instead of a Lift in your office consume,sprouts,fruits,salad in lunch. all d best.
