Hi, my teeth are sensitive as hot and cold stuff give me sensation. I use sansodyan twice and getting relief. However, can you help me to suggest any other better option.

Sensodyne is good toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Sensitivity occur due to erosion or abrasion of teeth. Consult dentist for better result.

Continue with sensodyne. Apply it on the sensitive teeth with finger and leave it for 5 min and then use the same paste to brush.

You must contact dentist also as it may be due to dental caries or gum problems. Sometimes toothbrush abrasions also leads to sensitivity, so a dentist can use cement to block that abrasions and you will be having relief.
