All day I have do not sleep well early morning I get up. The after 10 or 11 o clock again sleep. But did not sleep on the morning time.

Tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

Getting up in the morning is actually a good habit why you want yo change it and if you want yo take a nap inbetween there is nothing wrong in it these are just habits you can adapt to them whatever way you like.
