From last wed I started getting fever with maximum temperature of 100.4 with no other symptoms. So for the first 5 day I only took fever medicine on sos basis. Then I was referred doctor and he suggested zifi o 200 antibiotic which I took for another 2-3 days and also got tested for typhoid, cbc and urine, all reports are ok. Then again visited another doctor this time he gave taxim o 400 mg and azithromycin for 3 days. Now it's been around 10 days although there is improvement in fever I am still getting the temperature of 99.4-99.5 in evening part of day with no fever when I got up in the morning. So kindly suggest whether my treatment is going in the right direction or I need to get all the tests done.
