Dear Lybrate user, the developmental milestones are to be assessed with modern scientific technics ---talking being an important developmental mile stone - you have to go to such specialized centers for assessment of chances of delay and development of speech capacity --------if you decide to accept modern medicine treatment -----please read the following advice --- it is good that you recognised and diagnosed the problem in child at the earliest ---now you have to start enquiring and find out the best autism management center in modern medicine --mental health ---which is good; affordable and near to you // go there soon--- and have check-up //once they complete check-up by autism experts team ---you will be briefed about the delay in development of speech capacity and therapy---- like behavioral management therapies; nutritional and medication therapies etc. ----which are needed in your child and period of such therapies etc. --please obey them with confidence and continue under their supervision--- until the skill is developed to maximum possible extent and child is attaining maximum possible speech skills to have normal life.
