I hav gained alot of weight these days wana reduce my weight asap. Tried everything nthng wrks. Getting depressed due to all this.

Change good habitas. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretios, carbohydrates, rich protein, eggs, nonveg, sweets, cold drinks, fruites juices (contening high sugar) without sugar you take. Avoid over eating take less as you fill hungery. Take simpal veg food with salad, take fiber contening food will help to you. Do arobic excersices, yoga, or go for fast walking in morning end after dinner walk slowly 1 to 2 km dailywill help you take dinner 2 hours before going to sleep.
