I am a skinny & decent tall guy, I know my weight is not upto my height I have done gym training 2 years back for around 1-2 months at that time, I gained 7-8 kgs in just 1-2 months just on heavy diet & without any protein powders & others. But after that when I stop going to gym I lost my gained weight in couple of months. Now after that 2 weeks ago I again started gym & workout, & am feeling same as few years ago my body is opening up & I am eating much more diet, this time I doesn't want to lose my weight. So, what are the tips & diets & I also want to take protein powder this time, so which one options are best, pls recommend me protein powder!

Dear lybrate user , take, * Banana with hot milk,butter,almond,walnuts in d breakfast. * add ghee in your lunch. * go for aerobics for 30 mints, * take,plenty of water. Homoeo medicines @ alfalfaQ-10 drops,thrice a day with little water. Please,report,fortnightly.
