For a good and glowing skin, take a proper sleep, plenty of water. Do not step out in the sun, without wearing a sunscreen. Apply a broad spectrum, non-comedogenic sunscreen 3 times in the daytime even if you are indoors on it is cloudy outside. Avoid using soap on your face. Use a medicated soapless cleansing lotion instead.
Avoid excessive usage of mobile/laptop. Nutritious diet rich in antioxidants (green vegetables and fresh fruits) and avoidance of stress will help.
