I am having a problem of fat. How can I remove my fat in home because I am a CA Student so I have to study at home.

Lybrate-user, your weight seems to be ok, however excess fat deposition is because of long sitting hours & low/no physical exercise. To reduce weight & get a well toned body you have to do walk/jog/swim/yog for 30-40 mins daily. Avoid food that contains fat, sugar, oil. Avoid bakery items, cold drink, junk food, packed food.
