Doctors pls help me I have severe problem That I am damn weak and thin I always feel loss if concentration weakness blurred vision not energetic. I have a problem of spermitorrehea as I am facing this problem last 3 years so I am damn weak and thin some time my stomach and penis pains it usually happens during night only Doctor pls help me to get rid out of this and help me to become fit and fat.
