Hi. My TSH level got increased. Its in border (5.15) What is the reason for this increase? What step should I take to reduce TSH level?

Lybrate-user, tsh level of 5.15 milli units / ml, is with in the normal range. There is no reason to worry about this with this tsh level. You may avoid soy beans, soy containing products, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, peanuts, mustard and coffee. Plus consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Use whole grain flour for making chapati and roti. Plus exercise daily to avoid weight increase.
