Upper abdomen pain and not able to lay down flatly getting pain. Taken endoscopy shows esophagus redness and gastritis. Doctor prescribed pantakind, pantocid and ommiprozel. Still I have tightness in upper abdomen and cannot lay down flatly. Please please doctor suggested me. Am crying every day because of this aliment.

Hello lybrate-user, you r suffering from gastritis n inflammation of abdomen. First, these medicine have bad effect on kidney and they have temporary relief only. Have lots of water with light food, no fatty food. Have lots of fruit but not empty stomach. You should have green vegetables eat kadu, ghiya, toraye secondly, you can have a) belladona 200 one dose b) from the next day you can start with arsenic alb 200 at 8 a. M then 4 p. M c) carbo veg 200 at 12 a. M then 8 p. M avoid all antacid and please go for ultrasound there should not be any ulcer present. Don't have heavy diet, eat less but at small interval this reduces pressure on your stomach.
