Sir/Ma'am, I have a front teeth gap around 5mm and it's really embarrassing. Tried to contact dentists in the regional hospital but they said I would need braces, is there any alternative and what would be the cost for the same? Thank you.

You may get ceramic cap for your front teeth, but it might not give results as good as ortho treatment.

One more option called" composite fillings" which will cover the gap and it will be same like tooth colour. One more option called" teeth veneering" in which your teeth will be covered by veneer so gap will not be visible. Visit to a dentist for examination and proper treatment plan.

Crowns can be fitted but they will look odd. Best for you would be orthodontic treatment - braces.

If gap is 5mm better to go for ortho correction rather than huge crowns.
