I constantly have the issue of waist fat. Even though my diet isn't very heavy, I constantly have fat deposited around my waist. I don't have the time to exercise currently. How can I decrease it?

If you are taking meal 2 times a day, you can have the same 4 times in divided doses. Try to avoid gluten containing food like bread, pizza, and burger. Always eat fresh food. No oily & junk food. You can have sprouts, salads, fruits or fruit juice in breakfast rather than bread, toast or artificial protein shake. Don?t eat immediately after exercise or yoga. Stretching exercises 10 minutes.
