Few days ago I had suffered from dehydration and after that I can't recover completely from that. So please suggest me something for this.

Dehydration depletes body with minerals like potassium and sodium. But body also goes into shock. So some time is required for body to recover. In the meantime, continue taking fully balanced meals with more of cooked and uncooked vegetables. Drink coconut water every day, eat citrus and juicy fruits like watermelons every day, don't stress much. Most importantly drink 1 glass of water every hour. Totally 3 litres of water should be consumed.
