Although taking sunlight at morning time is good for health but as the sunlight of noon time is more condense and brighter than that of morning's so it can be a better supplement of vitamin D as compare to morning's. Hence will it be good for person to take 10-20 mins of Sunlight in noon time rather than in morning?

Although you can take unbath any time during the day but mornings are preferred due to harsh atmospheric conditions in india and in noon the bright light of sun can cause sunburns------------------sitting in sun for 10-20 minutes is sufficient to get ample vitamin -d in fair colored people and 30minutes for dark colored people as it requires more time in dark colored people to produce vitamin -d in sunlight a compared to fair colored people---------------------------------
