I am 31 year old female and have pcos.in 2019 december I conceived with letrozole but at 18 weeks I started bleeding after going to my gynae she told me that I had to undergo inevitable abortion as I was diagnosed with incompetent cervix after I was given abortion pill and also under went d & c procedure. Now its been 2 years I am still not able to conceive.

Check your fallopian tubes if it is patent then you can go ahead with conceiving with follicular study and time intercourse once you conceive you keep on check with the cervical length if it is going less than 2.5 cm get a stitch electively.
