You can give a pain killer like tab keterol dt for pain. Or else kindly get the looseness and if any swelling on gums associated checked by the dentist. So that medications can be given accordingly.

Hi lybrate-user mobility of the teeth usually indicate the gum disease (periodontitis) or trauma. Treatment of pain will depend on the amount of mobiliity and infection at the site. I would advice a radiograph of that region to see the bone loss so that appropriate treatment option can be selected. Hope this information helps you.

Loose molar, that means it has some problem of gums surrounding that tooth. You should immediately consult a dental surgeon and get the treatment done. Medicines won't treat a loosen teeth and the pain is because of that.
