I had urine urgency, lower abdominal pain 2 years back. After flex cystoscopy found bladder neck obstruction. Now my wife reports frequent urination and left lower abdominal discomfort and nothing in culture. Lower abdomen scan reports "features of cystitis with no significant post void residual urine" I am worried anything major issue. Please suggest.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Problems with your bladder or urinary tract can result in urinary retention or not fully emptying your bladder. The amount of urine left in your bladder after you've gone to the bathroom is called post-void residual (pvr). Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
