How to loose weight without compromising on your eating habits? I can leave sweets but not daily diet like chapatis/rice. Please help.

Hi Rahul, As per your parameter, Your weight is completely normal with BMI between 22 and 23. You do not need to lose any weight. If you have waist more than 33 inches, Make sure to exercise regularly at least 40 to 50 min a day x 3-4 days of week. Include aerobics as well as strength training or resistance training. Adding some yoga sessions will also help to balance. All the best.
