Hey, I am 20 and I have a problem of abnormal periods. I am also gaining weight because of it. I did my sonography and it tells that I have a problem of pcod. Please help me by telling me any cure or home remedy.

You need to do daily workout (any exercise for weight loss). Along with that take meals on proper time without skipping, and include healthy diet in it i. E fruits vegetables & dairy products. Quit coffee and canned and fried food. Drink lots of juices and water. Along with these you can take medicines for regulation of your cycle.
