I have one black cavity tooth whether this can be reason for indigestion, ear pain, headache, 1 year back already suffered from typhoid & food poison and already I have e coli infection in stool & urine. Always my tongue is white & yellow layer.

No it's quite unlikely but black cavity is normally carries which should b treated at the earliest. Colin inf r difficult to treat contact a gi physcician n for urine a nephrologist typhoid can recur get vaccinated regularly, keep tongue clean, once the gastric prob settle the quoting will also go. Avoid eating street food, maintain good hygiene in you r kitchen n clean cut nails of food handlers at home.
