My father is a TB patient and is taking medicine for second treatment, from 2months, Today he forget to take the Before breakfast medicine named RCINEX capsules, so when he realized that he hadn't taken Medicine he take that medicine immediately, and his stomach was not enough full. So is there any risk of taking RCINEX just after breakfast? It just happens once today.

Normally this tablet is better absorbed hence better effective when taken on an empty stomach. An occasional event like this is not harmful at all. Ant TB medications are not to be missed and regular follow up is required from the treating doctor till advised.

Hello, nothing to worry much - he may feel bloated abdomen or fullness in abdomen. - ask him to take a walk if he s able to do - or ask him to do some movements in sitting posture only. - give him a glass of warm water - next follow timings correctly. Thank-you.
