I am 25 year old male. Have retracted tympanic membrane. Every now n then I have blow air through ears to listen properly. Is there any permanent solution.

It occurs due to eustachian tube blockage that maintains air pressure on both side of ear drum. Tube blockage can be due to any nose or throat infection, nasal mass or polyps etc. So proper evaluation is needed to rule out the cause. You can use tab. Sinarest twice a day and otrivin nasal drops 2-2-2-2 along with that steam inhalation twice a day.
