I travel very long to go to my office after work from my office I am very much stressed and I feel I am losing my energy. How can I reduce my stress and improve my health and stamina.

You can join gym or develop some hobby. Participating in some sports, swimming or games like chess, pool etc has always helped in relieving from stress. They build up stamina and provide relaxation.
