Im 21 year old male and as a general health I have done 2d echo in which it said mild tr/pah and rest of the report is normal, i’m also having ptsd and generalized anxiety disorder and gastric which I got after covid. What should I do I sometimes feel chest tightness after exercise and sometimes I do not.
