I have a question related to my periods. Every month my date of period extends by 3-5 days nd I have a backache before one week of my periods. When my periods start I have a severe pain for 1 day please tell me is there any need to worry. Also I want to know what weight I should have at this age of 27+

Dear lybrate-user menstrual cycle can be from 22 days to 35 days. Majority of women have got cycle of 28 to 30 days but few may have 22 or 34/35 days. So far it is regular nothing to worry. Pain in lower abdomen and back during periods is suggestive of normal ovulation which is quite healthy. Simply take pain killers it will be relieved.
