I am using spectacles from 6years, I had round face so they doesn't fit & Comfort to me. So I have to interest in lens but I had some more cylindrical power. So if I take lens is there any problems to my eyes is they result in sight. Is they increase.

Hello. Regarding the cylindrical power mentioned by you, it would be a good idea to know the exact power of the eyes. Higher cylindrical power may not be possible to incorporate in the contact lens. Contact lens users should always exercise more caution than glass users. Improper hygiene maintenance of the contact lens has many hazards associated with it. Also, over-wear (for eg. Overnight wear) has the potential to cause harm to the eyes. Contact lens induced hypersensitivity/ allergy has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few: (1) it may be caused due to over wear (use for more than 6-7 hours at a stretch) (2) overnight wear of contact lens. (3) improper hygiene of the contact lens. If handled with dirty hands, contact lens associated infection/ allergy may occur. Thus, hands must be thoroughly washed before handling contact lens. (4) likewise, the contact lens cleaning solution, if not handled properly, may cause major eye problems. It should not be used beyond its expiry date. Nor should it be over used (using the same fluid for 2-3 days!) hence, in case you decide to start using contact lens, you should follow all precautions and subsequently start using them. Subsequently, just go through the points mentioned by me. If you match any of the mentioned points, rectify them.
