Dr. My age is 18yrs. I have nightfall problem from 2yrs. My weight is 54kg my height is 6ft. L try all medicine. Jab mera land khara hota hai toh usme se sperm nikalta hai. I take nux voice, shilajeet, neo tablets for premature but it does not cure it. Suggest me what can I do?
