And 2 rotis and sabji. And buttermilk. And 5 pm you take fresh juice and dinner 8-9 same as lunch. And avoid oily food rice and sweet. Cold drinks you start for one month and morning walk also important and do some exercise or yoga. 7-8 mint in 1 cup leaves in one cup of water for 20-30min and let it cool add 1 teaspoon honey to and a pinch of black pepper to the cooled mint water, have this 2-3 times a day. And morning walk is compulsory. And avoid non veg and more fatty and oily foods.
