I have a chocolate cyst (49mm) in my left ovary. After marriage of three months I am not conceiving. I met gyno and she prescribed me novelon (desogestrel and ethinylestradiol) and folica. Please suggest me about medicine. And possibility og getting pregnant.

Hello three months is a short period for getting pregnant. Take treatment for some time and get a sonogram repeated after 3 months. You can very well get pregnant after treatment.
