I'm thin as per the records of machines. I have been having my weight reduction from 64 to 53 (in 2 yrs) since I stopped eating more due to homesickness. Though I'm growing thin my belly fat lying both the sides does not lessen even a bit. I want to improve my weight and stay fit. My body is loose now. My muscles are not that strong they previously used to be. Suggest me a remedy to make my diet pattern if it is to improve my diet. Please add points to improve my health condition. I'm a vegetarian (I don't consume egg).

1 lauki n moong dal + ghee daily take in diet 2 badam 8-10 daily + 2 banana + 2 glass of milk at morning before 1 hr meal 3 surya namskar 13 and morning walk 5-6 km daily.
