I want to know the ways by which we can decrease the obesity rate and also want gi know skipping the food at interval is good or not please reply To my ggffguihg.

Hi, Skiping the food at interval is not good alongwith eating junkfood ,bakery products daily .So if you want to reduce weight stop eating junkfood.If thats possible then there will be effective weight loss. Take Tab Phytolacca berry(Dr Wilmar Shawbe.German) 2tabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth Eat Oats daily as it contains high fiber and helps in reducing fats effectively. Avoid bakery products and too much of fermented food Revert back
