My age is 14 years. I do not keep oil to my hair. So that my hair became brown colour. And I have dandruff on my hair. So please suggest me a good hair oil and good shampoo. What are the prescriptions I have to take. Please suggest me.

First before washing hair apply oil in the morning or previous night.Don't use anti-dandruff shampoos at all bcoz this will increase the amount of dandruff and hairfall. Don,t eat too spicy and oily food.Include salads in diet and fruits. Take Biohair liquid (Bioforce AG) 10drops in 1/4th cup of water ,drink twice a day 1/2 an hour after meals. Use Arnica Hair "N" Scalp Shampoo (WHEEZAL) Apply gently into wet hair and scalp and rinse thoroughly.Wash hair twice a week. Use Arnica hair treatment(WHEEZAL) Apply required amount on scalp and hair previous day before hair wash. Revert back
