Hi I am 30 years old and habituated to smoke regularly say 9-11 cigarettes a day. I want to quit smoking but I can't. Any suggestions or ideas that can help me for quitting this habit?

Only by using strong will power and avoiding all situations where you feel like smoking, avoiding friends who smoke and diverting mind by reading or chewing a gum and taking a walk when you crave for a smoke can all help. You can chew nicorette gum which is nicotine replacement. There are medicines available.
