It is said that drinking lots of water looses weight but in my case I see not difference. Wht should I do? Pls help me out!

Add 3 to 4 liter water in a day it means wather with other mineral you should have in your diet like lemon water, coconut water, juices, green tea, bale juice, buttermilk. Squashes, mint with lemon water than you will see a difference and feel good.
