Some times for developing acidity, maintaining proper imings only not enough. That depends on the how your food intake, quality of food. Like is it spicy/oily/fast food/junk food/etc all
try to maintain bland diet, with less oil& spices. Avoid taking outsided food, snacks, etc
take minimum 3-4 litres of water daily. Taking atleast 1/2litre in morning with empty stomach will help alot in gneeral as cleanser for body.
Try to take more fruits, dates, sprouts, millets. Diary products like milk, curd, butter milk.
Do not drink water while eating, just before easting& immediatey after eating.
There should be a ga[p of 1/2 hr minium before or after for break fast/ lunch/dinner.
Try to take heavy break fast, medium as lunch & less as dinner.
Try to avoid rice consumption in night.
Do exercises regularly, like walking, jogging, gym, sports, whatever you can but regularly, practicing yoga. Mediatation/pranayama will five good results in keeping mind/body equilibrium.

If still complaint is there, then you need to take medicines accordingly, but I feel you do not need rt now medicines now.
