I'm 22 years old, I have pcod. My fsh :- 13.14 lh - 23.27 s.prolactin :- 22.15. So my question is i'm prescribed with meprate 10 mg for 5 days for withdrawal of periods on jan, I got my period but next month (feb) I didn't get my period so on mar (this month) I took meprate and got my period after 7 days. Should I be taking every month? Is there any way I can get my period naturally or is it safe to take meprate every month?

First and foremost is weight reduction if you are overweight in the form of diet and exercise. It will help you get your periods regularly. Next coming to those levels, they are of no value if its not done on day2/3 of the periods. That is the baseline value what we need to see. You can wait every 1.5-2 months and take meprate it is safe. If you have any other symptoms do discuss and then you can consider hormonal pills for getting your periods regularly.

As your lh is higher than FSH, the imbalance is causing these symptoms. Taking meprate or ocps will bring it down so it's better you take them for 6 months atleast. Also maintain your weight in the healthy range with healthy lifestyle and diet to control symptoms.
