2D Echo shows, Left Ventricle EF is 55% and I conclusion it is written as LV RWMA+ and Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. Is it something serious?

Hello, lv remain present, means that one portion of the heart wall is not contracting adequately, which is suggestive of a possible block in one of your arteries which may have resulted in silent heart attack, though as the pumping of the heart is near normal it would have been an minor event. Based on the reports (however I would like to review ecg and complete echo report) furthur investigation for evaluation of your heart is strongly recommended.
