I have a desk job and in the last 2years my weight has gone from 60 kgs to 51 kgs. I want to lose weight. Please help.

Hi, dear lybrate user, please, follow d under noted tips: * go for a brisk walk * take, plenty of water * take oats, green tea morning & evening.* take, plenty of salad, fruits, sprouts in lunch.* opt staircase in stead of lift in your office* take easily digestible, diet. * avoid, junk food, dust, alcohol, sitting on computer in d late night. * ensure 6 hrs sound sleep in d night. * homoeo-medicine * @ fucus vas q-20 drops, mixed with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water, before each meal. Report, fortnightly, take care.
